The head office is responsible for the operational management of the SAQ Swiss Association for Quality and the management of the SAQ personal certification body as well as the service offerings related to Business Excellence. With a team of qualified employees, the office supports the members, sections, specialist groups, subsidiaries and partners of the SAQ. It maintains and promotes cooperation and coordination with national and international committees, universities, technical colleges and specialist offices.
