Three meetings will be held with members of both networks discussing three trends that are likely to drive the road ahead for Quality:
- AI and its opportunities to exponentially improve the quality of your business.
- The EU Green Deal and how it can reinforce the link between quality and sustainability.
- Agile Supply Chains and the reassurance of business continuity and resilience in an ever-changing world.
During this meeting we will shine a spotlight on the EU Green Deal, and how becoming more sustainable, is so important for how we look at quality. Experts from different industries will share their insights and good practices with you. You'll always be able to discuss your own challenges on the topic and question the speakers.

Ursula Grunder, co-President of SAQ
Ursula is responsible for projects such as environment, health and safety at Siemens RSS Europe. Last year, she took over de presidency of SAQ from Ruedi Lustenberger, together with Guido Graf.
Barbara Spörri, Head of Environmental Protection, Health Management and Safety/EHS Officer for SI Buildings at Siemens
Barbara is passionate about looking at this green policy framework from a political and from an enterprise perspective. At Siemens, she is responsible for all of the company's “Green Deal” issues worldwide.
Dirk Inghels, Associate Professor at the School of Business and Economics (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) and Customer Development Director at Aluminium Duffel
The Customer Development department at Aluminium Duffel aim is to react agile and fast on new customer demands. From that perspective Aluminium Duffel has to take the Green Deal into account. Dirk will share his experiences with the impact of the Green Deal on his business and how they focus on a more sustainable and qualitative future.
